We remind you that all our parcels are packed with care and discretion to ensure the greatest possible safety of the items purchased. We cannot be held responsible once the carrier has taken possession of the parcel.
All our packages are shipped with a tracking number from the carrier.
Orders are regularly dispatched within 24 hours of receipt.
exceptional cases :
if a product is out of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
The customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered a refund for the missing products or replacement with another product.
For out-of-stock skateboards, please allow 1/2 day for manufacturing by our supplier.
All our shipments are made by professional, authorized carriers.
European shipments
Delivery times between 3 and 6 days from delivery to the carrier.
Inpost /Mondial Relay
"To collect your parcel, you must show proof of identity.
For a lower rate, parcels will be sent to the nearest relay store to the address indicated.
"Packages will remain at the relay point for 10 days before being returned to sender. You will receive an e-mail indicating that the parcel is waiting for you at the address indicated.
After this period, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse where it will be kept for a further 10 days, to give you time to pay the shipping costs again to return your parcel.
once the 10 days have elapsed, we will return the items and no claim or refund will be made.

For fast home delivery in Europe and worldwide more expensive but very fast
Shipments outside Europe
5 to 15 days after delivery to selected carrier
We use standard carriers such as Correos, Seur, Zeleris, Ups, and those proposed to us for shipments to countries worldwide.
ARTICLE 1
Shipping is carried out by international postal or courier services and takes between 2 and 20 days to be delivered, depending on your country and destination city.
Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance delays, extreme weather conditions, an avian flu pandemic, local postal errors, etc.
Delays are beyond our control, so we are not responsible for delays once the package has been deposited with the carrier.

Please note that your delivery may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, over which we have no control, and which MUST be paid by you.
We are not responsible for the payment of any taxes or duties related to the importation of the customer's order into their country.
