Our aim is to satisfy you. If you are not satisfied with your order, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt.
Any parcel returned because you have not collected it or delivery has failed due to the customer's absence will be held for 12 days in our stocks, so that you contact us you will be charged for delivery and we will return your parcel.
after 12 days the order will be cancelled, no refund will be made and we may be held responsible.
All beverages and foodstuffs purchased on the site cannot be returned due to the law on products of a perishable nature (article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
Some food products may be subject to heat problems during delivery. We cannot be held responsible if an item is damaged or melted on arrival.
We protect all our parcels with the utmost care and cannot be held responsible for damage caused during transport.
No refunds will therefore be made, unless the parcel does not arrive at its destination because it has disappeared en route, which can also happen.
However, we will make a commercial gesture on the next order if the person sends us a photo of the damaged product when opening the parcel.
* If the customer refuses to pay the duties and taxes applied, these will not be taken into account for the refund.
1. International postal regulations consider a shipment lost if it has not arrived within 40 days of dispatch.
If your parcel has not arrived within 40 days (this period depends on the workload of the local destination postal service, customs clearance times, extreme weather conditions, the Covid-19 pandemic, local postal errors and delivery delays), parcels will be considered lost and an international investigation will be opened immediately.
No replacements will be shipped until the international investigation has been resolved. In some cases, orders may be delivered during the investigation.
